Attention CareCredit Customers
We have been informed that in order to process payments through CareCredit we must obtain two pieces of identification from you and record them on the bottom of the Care Credit Sales Draft.
Reflected below is the information that is printed at the bottom of all CareCredit Sales Drafts and requires one form of picture ID (Driver’s License, State Issued ID or Federal Government ID) and a second form of cardholder ID (not your CareCredit card). Our front office staff are required to write down your picture ID information including the number, type, issuance state and expiration as well as the number and expiration date of a second form of cardholder ID.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we are required by CareCredit to obtain this information in order to complete your transaction with Tumwater Veterinary Hospital.
If you have any questions concerning this request, cardholders may contact CareCredit directly at 1-866-893-7864. (Monday through Friday 8 AM to 12 AM EST).
Care Credit – Change in Policy – Effective 5/1/14
To our valued clients,
Due to internal credit changes with Care Credit, we have made several modifications to our acceptance of Care Credit. We will no longer be accepting the Care Credit card for purchases less than $250.00. This change in policy is due to the fee structure we are charged in order to offer Care Credit. We will also not be accepting Care Credit for any food or dietary purchases; this includes supplements, treats and retail items such as shampoos and flea combs.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this change. Our client relationship is very important to us and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
Thank you for your understanding; we truly appreciate your business.
